IPod/ITunes question: Is there a way to import the songs from my IPod to my ITunes?

I normally sync my IPod on my sister's computer, but I want to do it from my computer now on which I have nothing in my ITunes library.

Is there a way for me to transfer the Музыка from my IPod to my ITunes?
