Weird is not always bad. Without weird being bad, there will be no chance to be racist by merely sounding it like a different country's accent.

Yup, but it really depends, because it offends many people. It also depends on who you're saying to, and how Ты are saying it. Generally, it isn't though, especially your case.

It's really about people's perspective. So I would say yes, because people find anything racist, even the little "harmless" things.

For me racism doesn't exist. I don't discriminate anyone (I believe), especially with racism.
