I need some tips

Let her outside if she's supposed to be an outdoor cat или train her to use a kittylitter box if she's indoor. I've had Кошки do that too but in time they stopped. And that was mostly because we let them out.

well , Ты could try doing something like just make somthing bad happen each time it pees .so the cat,afraid it would be hurt ,might stop peeing...............

check the litter make sure its clean
also Ты can put him inside a cage with litter box for about a week see if he still pees on the floor then take him to the vet for bladder infection check

Bladder infection most likely have Ты taken him/her to the vet yet?
