Awwwww, it's just an innocent puppy. I saw her on a Телевидение Показать once, and according to what one person said, she was burnt alive by one of her owners! She can't help looking like that at all. Ugly is so not the right word!
this is one of the few picks that is worth to be claimed ungly. this could happen to anybody crossing the улица, уличный carelessly, или to a bus driver talking on the phone while driving,
A few years назад I was with my dad walking down the улица, уличный and there was this guy on a motorbike riding behind this lorry carrying long, square, sharp metal slates the back of the lorry was open and the motorbiker was right behind the lorry, at a red light it stopped and lorry shuddered to a halt but the metal slates flew out and the motorbikers head came clean off.
