I probably wouldn't because the man could secretly be a rich hobo of some sort o.O? Yah never know!

I'd give them a number to a local pawn Магазин so they can get some money from it.

this Вопросы piss me off, just because a man has an expensive piece of jewelry does not mean he is rich, it could of been a present, it doesn't supply that he has money.

I'd probably ask where they got that bracelet. Otherwise I would just tell them to go sell that bracelet and get some money from it или just walk away.

I live in Las Vegas Nevada, and indigent hobos litter the streets. Ты literally can't go a block without spotting one. And on one particular occasion years ago. I was sitting at a bus stop cuz I didn't have a vehicle. There was a "homeless" woman begging for money everyday. She would stand in the улица, уличный and flash her cardboard sign begging for handouts. One день I'm watching her, and she approaches a BRAND SPANKIN NEW CAR, and befor I know it she unlocks it, gets in and peels off!! I don't give these people a dime after that. It's not my fault Ты made bad decisions in your life, and I don't see why I have to pay for them.

No. Seriously I've had enough of supposingly homeless people, who out of the blue appear with pretty expensive accessorise, watches или mobile phones. One time I saw a homeless guy with an iPhone and when he saw me looking at him he started trying to hide it, so that other people won't see it as well. And even though he knew I had seen it, he reached out his palm to ask for money from me.
So yeah, I would never give money to a homeless person, if I notice something like that.
