How do I get Обновления for my Fanpop account?

My Fanpop e-mail does not give me Обновления as to the Опросы users have answered, или even when I get Благодарности или answers! Does anyone know how to mediate the issue, any help is appreciated.

A way to hook my Fanpop или other e-mail so that I get updates, would be something I would like.
