Do Ты have any tips for me to be good with my money when I start my job?

Ты should come up with a plan and stick with it. Your plan will depend on whether Ты live with your parents, live on your own, или live with a roommate или roommates. Plan out on how much Ты need to spend on what. First figure out what Ты need to spend on food, bills, clothing, rent, and other expenses that Ты absolutely have to pay for. Then Ты have to figure out how much Ты can spend on entertainment like going out with your Друзья to the Фильмы или other stuff Ты like to do. Don't spend too much money on stuff like that, because Ты should put as much money as Ты can into your savings. A good way to save money is to keep it in a bank, or, if Ты don't have a banking account или you're just еще traditional, Ты can put your saving money into a jar and lock the jar up somewhere.

The best way to be good with your money is:
1. Record every penny coming in and out - if Ты have a bank account - make sure that Ты reconcile the statement each month. For the cash on hand have a good idea about how much Ты have.
2. I know when I start a job, I want to buy my lunches at the near by rest. / deli / etc. Try to avoid this - take a lunch with Ты - lunches out really add up.
3. If the work place is far away, try to team up with someone that has the same schedule as Ты do - save on transport.
4. Before Ты go to spend your money - make a Список and try to stick to items on it - of course if there is something that Ты buy quite often and Ты see it is on sale - try to buy a little extra.
