Do Ты also celebrate May день as a public holiday dedicated to the working people everywhere in your own country?

I heard that in some countries such as USA people DON'T celebrate May день at all, instead they have their own public holiday called the Labour день which is celebrated in September, или is it the October perhaps, I'm not sure.Let me know if that's true!

Well, Ты heard correctly. In New Zealand, we don't have a holiday on the first of May, but we do celebrate Labour день in October.

@legend_of_roxas I must say I'm rather surprised Ты never heard of a May день before. My BF Seán is a RC much like yourself (he's Irish!) & he told me that on 1st of May all the Catholics worldwide already celebrate St.Joseph the Worker as a patron saint.
