what do Ты do if Ты have had a big huge head ach for two days and it keeps getting worse?

i need some help big time,
i have had a head ach for two days and went to a doctor but he сказал(-а) it wasnt any thing i just needed to rest!!! which is so so wrong and i have the biggest head ach and it kills and i dont know how i got it i just woke up and sat up and my head started to spin=( help me plz

i already have done all of that and when i went to a hospital and they gave me stronger medicine but its doing nothing =(
