And I wish it snowed here...

I wish we got snow more often - there was only a small bit this year. I love snow. I suppose, I did go up to the mountains, though, so there was a bit up there.

Snow isn't the only thing I like about winter, actually - I like most aspects of winter in NZ, except for the southerly fronts... even then, it doesn't really bother me that much. Rain is kind of beautiful in a strange way, I guess. Even when the weather is chilly. I also love clear winter days, where it doesn't really get very warm, but the sun is out and it just feels nice and fresh.

kinda disappointed not to see an eggnog option... hot cocoa is year round, eggnog is seasonal.

^ Yeah, but a hot chocolate, or cocoa, on a cold day just warms you up... besides, not all countries have christmas during their winter season, which is the general time for eggnog.
