Just...kinda....NEED TO KNOW!!!!!

The Аниме is nothing like the manga, but the Манга is 1000x better in my opinion. For example the order of the 1st season of the Аниме is similar to the 1st season of the Манга but the events in the Аниме swap chapters around and stuff like that. A great example of this would be when everybody meets Ruby. In the Манга it is after the battle with Kuyo and (SPOLIER ALERT FOR FIRST LIKE 23 CHAPTERS) Tsukune is becoming a Ghoul (A degenrated corpse that is overtaken by monster blood to create a mindless killing monster that only wants to kill). Because of Moka's blood inside of Tsukune it temporarily turns him into a Vampire until the blood is injected into him again when he's close to dying; and Ruby's Master is alive and she turns uses the forbidden magic, not Ruby. Then Tsukune and everybody destroy Ruby's Master and save Ruby. Also The whole nd season of the Манга is basically left out of the Аниме and the nd season of the Манга is where everything gets interesting. And ontop of that the Манга is still releasing chapters monthly.
