Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Sailor Moon Crystal: "Act 6 -- Tuxedo Mask" Review
This week’s episode of Sailor Moon Crystal was pretty intense, with a dramatic showdown between the Sailor Guardians and Zoisite that almost ended in tragedy. I wish I could say it’s the best entry in the series so far, but unfortunately the confusing narrative and bizarre art direction prevented “Tuxedo Mask” from reaching its full potential.
Sailor Moon Crystal’s animation quality has always been somewhat inconsistent, but it felt really disjointed this week. Beautiful shots of Tokyo were shown alongside weird close-ups of people’s mouths and feet, and many scenes were presented from lopsided camera angles.  I’m not sure what Toei was trying to do visually, but whatever it was, it didn’t work.

There were also weird issues with the narrative. For example, how is it Luna remembered being from the moon, but couldn\'t remember what the moon princess looks like? Why was Usagi completely unaffected by Zoisite’s spell at the start of the episode, but then fell prey to it later on?  I know it’s probably best not to think too hard on these questions (it’s a show about magical girls, after all), but all these dangling plot threads made it hard to follow what was going on.
Still, there were some choice moments in Act 6. The showdown between Zoisite and the Sailor Guardians was particularly great, with lots of heavy drama and suspense. Zoisite’s ability to ward off Mercury, Mars,
Jupiter’s powers with relative ease was bone-chilling, and I liked Queen Beryl’s surprise appearance near the end of the fight, since it ratcheted up the drama even more. How the heck were the Guardians going to get out of their predicament?
The answer of course was Sailor Moon and her new Moon Stick. I love that Usagi\'s powers are growing with each episode, and it was great watching her use her Moon Healing Escalation spell to blast Zoisite and Queen Beryl back to the Dark Kingdom. Sailor Moon may not have elemental powers like her friends, but she can certainly wield a mean beam of moonlight. It\'s a good thing too, since the search for the Legendary Silver Crystal is getting serious.
Speaking of the Legendary Silver Crystal, it’s nice to finally learn why Tuxedo Mask is so interested in it. I admit the whole “I’m looking for the crystal because some dream lady told me to” explanation is pretty weak, but at least we now know why he’s so gung-ho to find it.
What I didn\'t quite understand was why decided to go on TV and ask the public to help look for the crystal. I mean, seriously. How was that going to work? Was he going to rob whoever found it? Heft over a suitcase full of cash in exchange for the crystal? Why didn\'t he just ask Sailor Moon to help him? He obviously loves and trusts her, as is evidenced from this week\'s Tuxedo Mask pep talk.
By the way, I actually liked his role as cheerleader this week. He may not have any super powers like the Sailor Guardians, but he can lend Sailor Moon both physical and emotional support, which Usagi definitely needed as she struggled to overcome her insecurities as leader of the Sailor Guardians. Their moment of shared empathy provided the episode\'s most poignant scene, and nicely laid the ground work for their budding romance.

Act 6 definitely had issues it terms of plot and art direction, but it also had great action sequences and a heartwarming scene between Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Moon.
