At the carnival, Lydia tells Samuel that she knows the truth about what he did. After she leaves, Samuel asks Eli, a carny who has the power to multiply himself, for a favor. Samuel wants him to be his right-hand man, now that Edgar is gone. Samuel tells him that his first assignment is to retrieve some files from Noah Bennet's apartment.
Claire and Gretchen, who has Noah's compass, arrives at the Sullivan Bros. Carnival. Soon, Samuel approaches and welcomes them to the carnival. He treats them to попкорн and free passes, saying that he wants them to stay for a while so that they can meet his family.
