Why is there a "scrubs chat"?

So that Клиника Фаны can chat to eachother, but the thing is nobody hardly goes in the chat so there usually isn't anyone to talk to.

To have a Клиника chatroom. This club has alot of Фаны but it is not that active. The same, mabey, 15 people use the club so the chat room doesn't get used much.
