Why is it good to "save" your virginity

I know in the bible, that basicly says to not have sex before marrige, but, thats the only excuses, ok ok, i like this girl (cute) shy, and all of that, and i do have dirty thoughts.i dunno wat she would say because she is Показ signs as well, but, WHY DO PEOPLE SAVE THERE VIRGINITY???
