Why is Amy Rose a Princess?

I never thought Amy could be a Princess, but I have three points for how she could be a princess.

1: 'Princess Sally Acorn and Amy Rose confusion', Amy was called 'Princess Sally Acorn' at one point... Was Amy supposed to be a Princess at one point? - Sonic Фан base

2: 'King Rob O' the Hedge', is Amy's cousin, apparently, Rob doesn't have any siblings, so if Rob сказал(-а) no to the crown, that would make Amy royal. askscouriles Actually, Rob has a brother. However, the only hint of his possible existence is when Scourge said that Anti-Rob was killed by his brother, plus, we never saw him making an appearence. Anyways, my take on this is that Amy is indeed a princess since her mom had to be a queen and had to be related to Rob's father, King O'Hedge. As for Rob saying "no" to the crown, the kingdom fell during the reign of the original Dr. Robotnik, and the crown passed to O'Hedge's son Robert, with Rob's father's fate remaining unknown, so he couldn't say no.
