He wasn't killed in his last episode, right? I'm not really sure.

He could also be like in 'What is and should never be'. a completely different reallity.
But I don't think he really is a Winchester. John wouldn't cheat on Mary like that even though she's dead I mean the guy spends his entire life searching for the thing that killed her. He wouldn't have a kid with someone else and not even tell Dean or Sam about it.

Then again it could all just be a joke, the episode is called Jump the shark you know

I hope so! That would ease my mind a lot about the stupidity of introducing another brother, and it would be fantastic to see the Trickster again.
