Gwen's P.O.V.

Well I got to say I'm not suprised...
Not with the whole reactions from the so called "leaders" but with this guy.Hmm... One of Heather's hit man I suppose. He's too cocky for Mclean and yet to suttle for Al... but I'm surprised he had the balls to hit on me. And right after I almost blew his boss's head off. Ha. Amusing indeed. I have to keep my eye on this one.
So we're driving to a club he suggested. Great. I'll have to remember not to leave my drink alone with him.. I know that he's not the type to kidnap me for his boss but I'm not stupid. He may have a crush on me but I'm not about to let some mowhawk ametuer fool me.
We get to the place. I stop the car and reach for my door handle, but then I feel his hand on mine. I turn to him and he's smiling. What and player...
I roll my eyes, and then he gets out and opens the door for me... What a douche...

"Miss G.." He raises an eyebrow, and holds out a hand.

"Hmm so now your a gentlemen... Ты know Ты should really stick to one personality tonight."

He looked shocked that I would actually insult his "politeness" but I don't care. I've been with guys like him and they've ended up dead.
I take his hand anyway and we start to walk up the stairs to the entrance.
There's ofcourse a man gaurding the door for this place is "strict VIP access" but whoever owns this joint knows not to mess with me.

Duncan reaches for his gun, obviously getting the vibe that this guy won't let us in but I put my hand over it and whisper in his ear.
"Don't be stupid..They know who I am and I'm pretty sure if Ты get your head out of your жопа, попка and not get cocky they'll let Ты in too..."

He looks and me and smiles, then nods in response.
I walk up to the man and whisper in his ear the code word: "The rose at midnight always blooms first..."

His nods and lets us in. Duncan looks surprised but doesn't protest, so he follows me in.
Inside, it seemed to be less crowded than perdicted on a Thursday night, but the less people the better...

Duncan's P.O.V.

Wow I can't belive I actually hit it off with her. Score for me. But I wonder if she actually likes me, или she just felt that I was desperate so she сказал(-а) yes. Damn...
Well we were on our way to the club, and man was it quiet. I hate quiet. I just figured she didn't want to talk so I kept my big mouth shut the whole ride. What a bummer.
So we get to the club and Gwen parks the car. She reaches for her door but I stop her. She just looks and me so I smile at her. No response. Stubborn huh? I get out and I open the door and reach my hand out.
I thought I'd be gentleman-like so I say
"Miss "G"."
She rolls her eyes and tells me not to change my personalty. Geeze cold much. So we walk up the stairs to the entrance and I see some big macho guy standing in front of the door. Oh great. I reach for my gun but she sees it and pulls it down.
"Don't be stupid..They know who I am and I'm pretty sure if Ты get your head out of your жопа, попка and not get cocky they'll let Ты in too..."

I just smile and nod so I don't piss her off more. Then she whispers somehting in the guy's ear and then he lets us in.
Wow the place is nice. I knew it was VIP but I didn't know it was like royalty. But Эй, when your head in the Mafia, your pretty much ARE royalty.
I see the bar, and she nods she we find 2 seats and wait for the bartender to come by us.
He does and we place our drinks.
"Whiskey on the rocks." I say.

She looks at me and smiles.
"Light drinker eh? Well I'll have a dirty martini, make sure to make it really dirty.."

He nods and walks off.
"So I'm a light drinker?"
"With onyl whiskey yep, I'd say thats a little girly."

I laugh. Is she kidding?
"Your the one with the martini."

"Hhmm touche' indeed.."
She seems impressed. Good.

We get our drinks and she raises her glass for a toast.
"Cheers to..?"

"To new beginnings." I reply.

"Well it's chessy but I like it. Cheers to new beginnings."
We clink glasses and then I look into her eyes. They're big and the most beautiful shade of midnight blue. Breath-taking almost.
I catch myself for a second. God I'm not soft!
I shake it off.

She takes a sip of her martini, and I just stare at my drink. Then the band stats playing some cheezy jazz crap. She looks intrested in the Музыка though so I take a свинг, качели of my drink and stand up.
"You wanna dance?"

She looks shocked but pleased that I asked.
"But no ones dancing.."

"Eh I don't care. Anyway I thought you'd like the attention, after all that big entrace earlier made it seem so."

She grinned, and took my hand.
Some people stared but we didn't care.

The band played louder, and then some woman started to sing.

She closed her eyes and just breathed it all in. Guess she really liked this jazz stuff.
I put my arm around her waist and waltzed with her. She seeemed еще captivized than ever. Either that или it was all that she drank.. the woman continued to sing...

At that moment I couldn't think, just act, so I leaned down and kissed her.
She was tooken by surprised because when I put my lips on hers, she opened her eyes and trie to pull away, but I wouldn't let go, so she closed her eyes again and kissed back.

Gwen's P.O.V.

One moment we're dancing to one of my favortie songs and I close my eyes for one second, and then I feel his lips on mine.
It feels good, but no Gwen, no. I can't let this happen again. I try to pull away put the секунда I try to he pulls me closer, so I just give in.
Oh this feels so right, but it's wrong...
