Ok, so everybody knows the story of Romeo and Juliet. Well, this is the story DuncanxGwen style with a few modifications from moi! I give credit to i_love_music for the whole Romeo and Juliet idea so thx.

Narrator (A.K.A ME!)

Once upon a time, there were two opposing nations, Capulet and Montague. These nations despised each other. They were in battle over land and ways of life and disagreement. Now, there was 1 beautiful goth girl, Gwen (Juliet), daughter of the Capulets who was invited to the royal ball. Her and the whole nation of Capulets were invited. This introduces the character of the punk, Duncan (Romeo) but I wouldn't want to ruin the surprise. Let's start from the beginning at the замок of Capulets.

Gwen's P.O.V
(Gwen is sitting out on her balcony)
"Oh Gwen, we have someone to see you." my dad called after me.
"Coming father." I responded. I walked over to the entrance of the замок of Capulets to see my father and a handsome young man standing at the door. He smiled at me. I tried to smile back.
"Father, who is this?" I questioned my dad.
"Young Gwen, this is Trent (Count Paris) and he claims he has something to propose. Paris, Ты may begin." father stated.
This handsome young man who's name is revealed to be Trent, then clears his throat and gestures to me. "I come from the House of Verona in prepared proposal to the beautiful fair maiden Gwen of the nation of Capulets." he explained. I gasped, in hard core shock. Before I could respond, my dad decided to speak for me. "Gwen is much too weary to make these decisions. Ты must Показать me that Ты sir are worthy to marry my daughter, and we will talk about it some other time. Now scurry off and we will be in telegraphic contact." I saw the boy leave. My father turned to me. "Now go to room Gwen, we have much discussing to do about this new style of yours." he informed me. My father was being insecure about the way I dress again. He believes that his daughter must be of such elegance. He just doesn't respect my Готика style. Our family believes that it is unbecoming of a bride to favor dark, cursive, colors. After our talk that I have heard too many times, my father told me of a Capulet ball that Trent has arranged to impress me. I am forced into going and my father tells me to get ready for the ball.

Duncan's P.O.V
"How many times do I have to tell Ты Duncan! Don't prepare for Capulet battle unless Ты are properly equipped and armed!" my dad shouted at me. He was always getting worked up over nothing. "Father, it was as tempting as a mere illusion, a coax in disguise as a fierce battle." I explained. "You are just not ready for this. Capulet is fierce, and he will take Ты down Duncan! Ты have to be еще alert!" he hollered some more. I rolled my eyes and continued playing with my pocket knife. My dad marched over to me, grabbed the pocket нож out of my hand, and threw it in the garbage. I gave him a nasty look. He returned my glare. Suddenly, there was a knock on the замок door. "Let me get it father." I assured him. I opened the door to see my cousin, Geoff (Benvolio)at the door. "Hey Geoff!" I greeted my cousin. "What's up dude. Anyway, one of Capulet's nieces, Courtney (Rosaline) will be at the Capulet ball." he exclaimed. My eyes widened. "Courtney? That chick is hot!" I joked. Geoff punched my arm. "Yeah dude, so why don't Ты go to the ball. Courtney will be there. The Любовь of your life!" he encouraged me. I agreed and set off at midnight.

----------------At the Party----------------------

I walk into the party, looking around the ball room for Rosaline. I can't find her but I know she's here. I just have to look deeper.

Gwen's P.O.V
I came to the ball with Court Paris. A slow song came on and we were dancing with each other. As my head hung over his shoulder, my eyes started to wander the room. All I saw was a sea of couples until I saw this punk with a green mohawk and piercings squeeze his way through the crowd. I don't know what it is about him, but he caught my eye. He stopped in his tracks to look at me. We were at least staring at each other for 20 seconds. He was kinda cute. He smiled at me. I chuckled at him, then smiled back. He soon caught his attention, and was off in the other direction. I don't know why but when I saw him, it felt like I've known him for my whole entire life. But who was he? I just had to figure out. I know this is going to sound cheesy, but it was like Любовь at first site! I must meet him, but how?
