Welll Raven is strong mentally but Starfire is phycicaly strong.So I guess it's kinda hard 2 choose between them.

in my opinion, you can't really say one is stronger than the other. they're all strong in their own ways. raven is a half demon who caused (and saved) the end of the world; starfire is an alien princess with mega superhuman strength; beastboy can turn into any animal (very helpful in any situation); cyborg is, well, a cyborg with a sonic cannon, scanners, and all that jazz; and robin has an acrobatic background, almost ninja like, (along working with batman) and cool gadgets

It really depends on what you mean by stronger. Physically speaking, Starfire is the strongest of all the titans. If you're talking about powers, Raven is WAY stronger. Raven is also mentally stronger, but I based this on physical strength so I picked Star. :)

Raven can do everything Starfire, Terra, Cyborg, and more! She is awesome!

Raven has some pretty wicked powers. She can move stuff with her mind and destroy shiz with her emotions. And her fist fighting skills are pretty wicked too. Raven is just all around kick butt. Not to mention it takes some serious strength to push aside your emotions. Raven has a lot more self control and that makes her dangerous. Keep in mind that Raven can also make shields in her mind. May I add that in episode 10 she was able to accomplish all of this whilst holding an unconscious Beast Boy. And on top of that Starfire is simply to sweet and naive to be more powerful.
