Actually he's the only main character of any novel in the world that I love. 'Couse I hate most of main characters in books.
Btw, Death is great too.

Death is the best character, you cant help to be amused by him, feel sorry for him and then fall down laughing in the same moment.

^ Agreed terapsina - Death is one of the most favourable characters. He is suposed to be an Anthropomorhpic Personficiation, a figment of someone's imagination brough to life, but his facination and interested in humanity as him wishing he were human, just to understand what goes through our heads. He's funny, sombre and makes me go 'awww' everytime i read something about him.
Death as a main character is one of the reasons why i buy Terry Pratchett's books.
