Timmy definitely,maybe if it was a five year old Vicky,because she's at least nice,either that or I got it completely wrong,but either way,overall I would rather have Timmy as a friend,he would be a better friend if you ask me,Vicky is just flat out mean in ways,and I wouldn't want a friend like that,especially with all the gadgets she brings to Timmy's house on occasion :>,so Timmy most definitely!..but then again Vicky might soften up a bit if she had a friend!:p

I would never want to be friends with a character like Vicky! She's mean and bossy. I would rather be friends with Timmy or Chester :).
