Obviously Percy will win. Not because he's better but because people are blinded by nostalgia.
Too many people are too dense to get Jason's dry wit when compared to Percy's obvious jokes. Jason is powerful no matter the terrain, the whole reason Percy is a son of Poseidon is to scale his powers up and down as needed. Jason is the superior leader, Percy's the better cheerleader. Really the only thing Percy has that is better then Jason's equivalent is girlfriend. But people are not possessions so it doesn't really count.
