What district would Ты want to be in and why?

I would want to live in district 12, not because или the coal (I would be a TERRIBLE coal miner!!), but because it seems to be the most easy-going district. I mean, I know they were all starving, so the peacekeepers let katniss hunt, but I mean, if they were in any other district she would be dead. And as for myself, I do NOT like strict rules, или strict people. I could not live in a place where being HUMAN, and needing food, was frowned upon. So, this is why I would chose District 12.
