Jam interaction is essential for a great office episode.

When the office first started, there wasn't much buzz about it. Personally I didn't start watching the office until the middle of the секунда season. After a while it's picked up speed and there are еще viewers now. But are the new episodes getting better или worse? The office was great leading up to casino night when Jim told Pam that he loved her. Everyone was waiting for that moment to happen. So еще people watched. But since that's already over there isn't as much excitement in the office. There's no will they/ won't they sexual tension between Jim and Pam. I think that the whole relationship between Jim and Pam made the office great. Without the варенье, джем relationship the office has gotten sort of boring. Each new episode has less варенье, джем interaction. In the most Последнее episode there was none whatsoever. Not only is there less варенье, джем but the pranks aren't as good. I have to admit that Jim dressing up as Dwight was genius. I think that the last good prank there was, was when Jim hid Andy's cell phone in the ceiling. I think that the office was the best during the секунда season. Whenever I watch the new episodes I don't laugh like I used to, I just think to myself," I hope the Далее one is better." Hopefully this week's episode will have jam, pranks, and a funny plot.

Hopefully the office workers will bring it on thursday!

Melmelvin88 See the problem with people and shows is the fact that once they are hooked, they never think it is good again. If you look at every show that people like, after a like 2 or 3 seasons they complain about it. Get over it, watch the show and enjoy it for what it is. Also I still think it is great show and don't feel like the above statement

djshockaleven Don't even start with that, The Office is getting better and better. Sure, there were a few slow episodes, (I wasn't a big fan of Safety Training) but its still progressing and I think that this seasons finale is going to be the funniest yet. And by the way, the whole Jam thing is not done! You can obviously tell that there is still some feelings being felt for each other. Pam likes Jim, and Jim still has a little for Pam and I feel that they will eventually get together. - But thats just the thing, since they are not together, it makes you want to watch the next show to see if anything will happen between them. And Jam is not the only thing that keeps this show running so well. Michaels dimwittedness and Dwights dorkiness are the propellors that keep this comedy boat sailing.

marissa i kind od say, i have to agree. i just dont think the office is as goos this season as it was in the last too. and i dont think itsk just the whole jam thing(though i admitt, i love me some jam.) i liked when they were in the office, it was funnier, i dunno, they rarely stay there anymore. like, yes, a lot of funny things can happen at a bar, or a party, or ....i dunno, say a highschool. but an office? i liked it because it really relied on the writing, not the situation. does that make sense? maybe not. but still. i still love it though. jim as dwight. love it. dwight as jim. LOOOVE it. (" blah, blah, blah....little comment.") (also, has anyone noticed the colours seem...brighter? warmer? happier? this season?)

balfnet I am a great fan of the English version, but the american version is far superior, better scripted and tighter plotlines, although credit is still due to the original writers. My only criticism is the fussy american censors, it could have been a bit ruder ;0)

smackdabish I agree with Melmelvin to an extent. Sometimes you love something so much that nothing it does seems as good as your first impression, I guess. I really love season three. I actually think the pranks are funnier this season. Although it got a little boring somewhere in there, I'm sure things will pick up... like in the beach episode? And JAM WILL HAPPEN! IT WILL! Can't wait for a cliffhanger season finale!

caintil31 i forgot to add that Dwight's incompetence makes the show great too. but i still think the pranks aren't as good as they used to be.

martini2 I thought that the show was getting bad for the past couple episodes (A Benihana Christmas through The Negotiation) but Safety Training totally revived the series. It was more original I guess, and I do agree there has to be a relationship factor that needs to come into play to spice up the show a bit.

hekissedmyhand i disagree, i am so glad the office is going in the direction its going. There's a little more space for the other characters to develope...Like creed - he's ALWAYS HILARIOUS! But they still have been maintaining the main characters. I have enjoyed most of the episodes, i just didn't like last weeks. . . not beach day but when phylis gets flashed.

Browncoat-Bob If you watch the office for the sexual tension between Jim and Pam, your an idiot, that's not what makes te show great, Steve Carell and Raiin Wilson are what make the show great.

Gstine I liked the Second Season better and I'll admit the the beginning of Season 3 was a little stale (imho). But the show had to separate Jim and Pam in order for Pam to grow as a character. She was forced to discover things for herself because she didn't have Jim's constant reassurances to use as a crutch. Plus, Jim was still hurting from the events last season. It may not have been pleasant to watch but it was necessary in order to make the show worth watching in the future.

MrHammer I always see it as Comedy first, drama second. Who cares if the drama tension between two characters have dumbed down.. I figure this show runs on and is built around the uncompleted idiotic and ignorant leadership from Michael Scott, aided by Dwight's serious and funny attitude towards the office. Besides the drama has NOT necessarily been lessened, it's just that this drama has been side-tracked by a new era of drama; it's a new situation: How will these two characters deal with themselves and their relationship after the event that took place on Casino night?

boilerslovespam ya i think the first season was so incredibly funny because it was so unexpected. it was unreal. seasons 2 and 3 are amazing as well, but you expect it...as for the future of the show...the show up until now was driven mainly by jim and pam never happening (granted micheal and dwight could make there own show), but now that the jam has happened it will be up to other characters to pick up the slack. such as the michael and jan 'situation', dwangela, michael's new boss being ryan (i cant wait for this, he loves ryan more than jan), and especially kevin and creed. (if you ask me, kevin gets the most laughs for the little amount of time he has)

beaulingpin worse. the second season was one of the most perfect seasons in television history, and they couldn't keep up the excellence, so they moved much more blatantly into the romantic comedy zone.

CBradshaw I agree that Season 3 has been hit and miss. The absence of the Jam scenes was difficult to take. But as said above, this was neccessary. The finale made an interesting twist. Otherwise, seriously, how long can you have a crush on someone without acting on it or losing it? As for the other characters, I find the scripts funnier when they are in the office. The outside episodes usually do not work as well. But then there's the problem. How many "special" days are there at work? Work is boring and there are only so many topics to write about there. An exception may be an ad agency or something where different clients come IN to the office to give the staff new people to interact with, etc. I also feel the holiday episodes are usually very well done. But the Ben Franklin episode-yuck. That said, I love The Office and I'm looking forward to Season 4. I just hope it's more consistent.

sandyboard93 i think the episodes have been getting progressively better and better with the exception of the season 2 finale, which hit the level of about a mid-3rd season value. The comedy just gets deeper and deeper as you get to know the characters more and more. The newer characters in season 3 kept the show fresh and unpredictable. And yes, JAM was missed but the subtle flirtations between jim and pam always kept me glued. I look forward to season 4 and I know the steady incline up in quality will continue.

WorshipDwight I'm afraid I politely disagree. I love all of the Office and never found it getting worse at all. I did like second season quite a bit, but third season was right up there with it!

I e-mailed this to NBC's website. I encourage everyone to boycott internet feeds of Телевидение episodes until the strike is over.

"Dear NBC,

For the past year, I have thoroughly enjoyed the privilege of watching episodes of my Избранное shows on your website. I found it to be incredibly convenient, especially since I work in the evenings and occassionally have to miss an airing of one of my Избранное shows (Heroes and The Office вверх that list, by the way). This isnt the real office...

How come this versions called 'the office' as if its the original when its clearly just a bastardised dumbed down version of the actual british one? I mean i have the occasional laugh at this one but its just so insanely blatant, which when Ты compare it to the subtle lines and nods of the british one it makes it look like the special little brother version. 'The office (uk)' should just be 'the office' and the american dumbed down to hell version should be 'the office (us remake).
Any way why do americans have to remake every british programme and take out all the things that made it brilliant in the first place? Theyll be remaking monty питон, python - life of brian Далее starring
Will Ferrel and Adam Sandler.
