Whooo! The Office has garnered 9 Emmy nominations this year!

Best Comedy
Lead Actor in a Comedy - Steve Carell
Supporting Actor in a Comedy - Rainn Wilson
Supporting Actress in a Comedy - Jenna Fischer (YAY)

Greg Daniels and Michael Schur got writing nominations, Ken Kwapis for directing, as well as some editing noms. I'm sooo happy for the entire cast and crew, for getting well deserved recognition. Too bad for John, but I'm still sooo happy for Steve, Rainn, and Jenna! Go Office!

Did you notice that Steve Carrell is up against Ricky Gervais for Best Actor in a Comedy Series? That's ironic. Anyway, I'm psyched for Jenna and Rainn...clearly I'm biased but I think Jenna has a good shot of winning. She was so amazing this season. Rainn has some tough competition, but I have high hopes. We will all have to watch on September 16 and blog about it!! I hope The Office wins again this year. There isn't a better cast of people on TV :)
