I think that he just needed to grow up a bit more, just like Pam. His relationship with Pam was too comfortable to along any growth. Now that he's on his own, hopefully he can mature into Fancy New Anderson.

i hate, hated, HATED roy in the first two seasons. he was mean to pam and was ruining my jam.

but in the first part of season three, i started to feel bad for him. he just seemed so sad, and it looked like he really wanted to try with her.

then going postal when she told him about jim? she was just trying to be honest and he flipped out.

anyhow, just like i did at the very beginning, i still hate roy.

I used to Hate Roy too!!! Now i don't hate him but he is still not on my like list!!!

he was probably a nice guy but it just seemed like he didn't really care about what pam wanted, unlike a certain you know who

roy was in the way of jam...and for that, he must be punished!
