At about 2:55 in the deleted scenes of the Merger, during Michael's Integration Celebration, there was a weird guy there. Does anyone know who that was?

Yeah, I have heard about (and seen that) I think it may have bene some type of mistake. Or they just wanted to like, fill seats or something. IDK, but he is never a character.
