Why does Maria Любовь the Captain?

I am just trying to figure out why Maria fell in Любовь with the Captain. I know why the Captian fell in Любовь with Maria-she brought Музыка back into his life and encouraged him to Любовь his children and not avoid them. So, why did she fell in Любовь with him back?
