Yeah, without a doubt. Especially if you go by original mythology. Werewolves have no choice in what they do, at the full moon they turn into a wolf and lose all sense of self, they're personality, who they are is just gone. But vampires depending on which ones, have control over their actions. If it's just between the vampire diaries vampires, and the vampire diaries werewolves, vampires are still better.

I prefer vampires, and not just in TVD, but in everything. I like werewolves too, though, but I don't think there's a movie or a show or a book where I'd preferred the werewolves. Oh, wait, I just lied. I preferred the werewolves in the second movie of the Underworld series, but in the other two, I was with the vampires. So yeah. Team Vampires!
