Yes i actually think she will be one in the season coming up. she in the hospital and everything and i read something that said when she gets out she's going to be acting weird or out of control or something like that. i think in episode "Brave New World" but if im wrong then im wrong :)

I don't think so in the show. Although this is called The Vampire Diaries, the show still needs a range from vampires, humans etc, because otherwise it would be kinda weird. I don't think I would like it if everyone turned into a vampire ;/
