I really like Caroline, but I knew that when Matt found out about vampires, he was going to question what happened to his sister and I don't blame him one bit. He must feel betrayed and why shouldn't he, as people around him knew, how she died and who done it. Look how long it took for somebody to tell him and on top of that, his sister was killed by one of them. He didn't give her a chance to have her side, and he shouldn't have taken Sheriff Forbes' word for it. With Tyler, I think it's extinctual. Werewolves are supposed to hate vampires and vice versa, yet Caroline still cares about Tyler and the same for Tyler. He hesitated because he had just found out that Caroline is something his kind are supposed to hate, and Jules has fed forced him rubbish about Caroline playing a part in Mason's death. I can see why Matt would be pissed, thats understandable but he told her mum and is completely lying to Caroline about it, for someone who is suppose to'"love" her he didnt even give Caroline a chance to explain!. Tyler's is completely different! yeah they were best friends but Caroline kept stuff from him and of course he felt betrayed not to mention Jules was completely brainwashing him and he kinda felt like he belonged because they were the same as him.
