Princess Emeraude is overall better than Bloom and here are the reasons why:
Powers:The Pillar of Cephiro(Princess Emeraude)has limitless powers.The Pillar manages to keep the stability,wellness and peace in Cephiro just by praying for the country.It has also been revealed in season 2 that Princess Emeraude during her reign used her powers to create a magic barrier that prevented invaders from entering Cephiro.She also used her powers to make Ferio forget that he was her younger brother.
Personality:Princess Emeraude is a selfless and responsible ruler who loves her country and always worries about the fate of her folk.Another thing that makes Princess Emeraude better than Bloom is the fact that she isn't a man stealer.
Beauty:Princess Emeraude has been described many times as the most beautiful woman in the world.Another thing that adds her beauty more is the fact that in Cephiro people can choose how old they want to look like which explains the fact why Princess Emeraude looks like a young girl even though she is her 20's

Same here, no idea who that is. Bloom is awesome though so I'll go with her.

Don't know her but Bloom is my all time least favorite character so my vote has to go to legit, any other character ever.

Avatar is amazing! I used to hate Zuko back in '08 when I first watched it. Now I love him. But I love his sister more. Azula makes me all kinds of happy. You should watch it.

I hate Bloom! She is almost perfect, they are not suppose to give so much priority to just one character. That's one of the reasons why I prefer watching Sailor Moon over Winx Club. In spite of being the leader of sailor scouts, she is whiny, wimp, careless and stupid. It balances the whole show.

I can choose almost anyone over Bloom or Sky.
