I agree completely - I saw the reality of foie gras just recently and it is absolutely awful - I don't know how they could eat that stuff!
I wrote to Top Chef and asked them to stop using foie gras, and everyone else should, too. Let's put an end to cruelty to animals!

"The 'delicacy' known as foie gras is one of the most sickening examples of cruelty promoted as "luxury." Workers shove pipes down the birds' throats two or three times a day and pump enormous quantities of grain and fat into the
animals' stomachs so that the birds' livers will become diseased and bloated."

So cruel whole countries have banned the practice. Stop animal cruelty!!!
