1. Dylan: “Bren, you’re not just another notch on my belt. If that’s what this was about, I would have had you up there months ago.”
Brenda: “Oh, really?”
Dylan: “Yes, really.”
Brenda: “Then what is this all about?”
Dylan: “Don’t you know? I love you.”

2. Brenda: “I love you. I’ve never stopped loving you, and I know now that I never will.”
Dylan: “I’ll applaud you from afar.”
Brenda: “I want more than your applause. I won’t be gone forever, Dylan. Give me something to come back to.”

Jude: “It’s about you. On the tour bus, coming home and seeing you was almost all I could think about. And I wanted to put those feelings away to stay safe.”
Tommy: “Can you bring them back out?”
Jude: “Not when you are staring at me like that.”

4. Tommy: “He made the wrong choice.”
Jude: “It’s not worth much coming from you.”
Tommy: “What’s the supposed to mean?”
Jude: “I’m so tired of falling for guys that don’t fall back. It hurts. You all say the nicest things. You’re so great, you’re so nice, but none of you want to date me! So you want to help me, Tommy? Tell me what I do wrong? Tell me why I’m so easy to give up and maybe I can fix it.”
Tommy: “You are asking the wrong guy.”

5. Tommy: “I want you to come with me. I want all of you with me forever.”
Jude: “Oh my God.”
Tommy: “And I don’t care if you’re herding goats, or waiting tables, or making music. I just want you to be happy. And now you can be, as the sole owner of your own musical catalog.”
Jude: “What? You got this from Darius? Tommy, what did you have to do?”
Tommy: “Doesn’t matter. I would do anything for you… because I love you.”

6. Joey: “Because I’m 16 and in my entire life there’s only been two people that have ever really known me. Dawson and-“
Pacey: “-This AJ didn’t know you, I don’t care how you felt about him. He didn’t know you, Joey, because is he did, he never would’ve walked away.”
Joey: “I was going to say you, Pacey.”

7. Pacey: “It’s really important for me that you be happy. So I want you to be with someone, whether it be Dawson or New York guy or some man that you haven’t even met yet. But I want you to be with someone who can be a part of the life that you want for yourself. I want you to be with someone who makes you feel like I feel when I’m with you. So, I guess the point to this long run-on sentence that’s been the last 10 years of ours lives is just that the simple act of being in love with you is enough for me.”

8. Jess: “What the hell is going on?”
Rory: “I told you! He’s tired, and his family’s bugging him-“
Jess: “No, I mean with you! What’s going on with you?!”
Rory: “What do you mean?”
Jess: “You know what I mean! I know you, I know you better than anyone! This isn’t you!”
Rory: “I don’t know.”
Jess: “What are you doing? Living at your grandparents’ place? Being in the DAR? No Yale – why did you drop out of Yale?!”
Rory: “It’s complicated!”
Jess: “It’s not, it’s not complicated!”
Rory: “You don’t know!”
Jess: “This isn’t you! This! You going out with this jerk? With a Porsche? We made fun of guys like this!”
Rory: “You caught him on a bad night.”
Jess: “This isn’t about him! Okay? Screw him! What’s going on with you? This isn’t you, Rory, you know it isn’t! What’s going on?!”
