Really because when I checked the vote a few days ago, Lexzie and Gizzie had both 3% of the vote, I would not say that was not nay picks, so you are clearly lying, why? Gizzie have a pretty big fanbase on this site and other places, and I am getting tired of the insinuation. For a lot of us, Gizzie is the best couple in the world.
One thing I agree on, GA was a joke the last two seasons, which is why the only reason i stayed with the show was Gizzie, it was the one good thing they did.

There are over 500 fans there, I did not know of this site before, but I checked it out and saw it looked fun, but then it seems I immediately got attacked and so did other Gizzie fans. But yeah I think there is a lot of anger in the Gizzie fanbase because some people did everything to sabotage that couple and make it seem like there were no fans, when we knew it was not true, and it looks like they got their way. I hated Lexzie in season 2, and still do, but knew they had their fans and respected it and never threatened to quit the show if they stayed together out of respect for their fans. The only thing is the Lexzie fans did not show us the same respect, sabotage a panel and just did everything so this couple would be ended, without even caring that a huge part of the fanbase would be heartbroken if those two ended. Before that the Gizzie fanbase stayed on the Gizzie fansites, and respected the other's opinions, thinking Shonda would see us too, but she did not. She interpreted our calm attitude with lack of passion and listened to all those people who yelled the loudest and threatened, we learned the hard way what happens when we don't speak up, so now the Gizzie fanbase is about the most vocal fanbase you can find and pretty pissed off to boot

And since there are over 500 people on that community, almost 300 on fanforum and hundreds on other sites, you can expect a lot of Gizzie fans to keep showing up, I do think if the other side is respectful, they will be too, we need respect on both sides

ok i can see you point, just i got attatcked for saying my opinons as to why i prefer lexzie and called immatre for prefering alex as a character over george! thats when i really started to get worked up and im a memeber of other tv couple debates and its never got as a ugly as it did on the ga spot! i just couldnt beleive that they couldnt understand why i personally didnt like the couple and then had a go at me for all the reasons as to why i like alex and izzie! thats not what fanpop is about!

I must admit I particpated in the Gizzie vs Lexzie debate and I am sorry but I showed up on this board after someone sent me the link on Youtube and I voted on the is Gizzie a mistake or not, when I looked it was like 52% yes, 48% no, it was very close and I voted and put up a comment, and I got insulted by the eprson who made the vote, she said all the Gizzie fans were the same person and we were pathetic losers who needed a life, and then someone said I don't even watch Grey but even I know Gizzie suck, and all the other Gizzie posters were being attacked by the person who did the vote. I came here for fun, I am like 99,999999% sure Shonda does not read it and I get attacked for posting a pro-Gizzie comment, I thought we needed to make a comment. So I immediately thought all the people here were like that and got very defensive and angry and I am sorry. It is just most of my friends and most of the sites I post on are majorly pro-Gizzie and I was not prepared for the attacks and I immediately did the same.
But yeah, my best friend is a lexzie and Gizzie fans, yes those exist, so I have nothing against Lexzie fans as long as they don't go Gizzard or you are stupid for loving them, which some people here told me

Pipa, I think you are being unfair, x-missmckenna is right, some Gizzie fans have been quite rude. I know we have had bad treatment on TWOP but it is no excuse to fall as low as posters on TWOP, she did not attack Gizzie fans or the couple, she just said she did not like them. As for Alex and Izzie, I post on Tv-com too and it might be the same poster, but she has no way to know what he posted about TR's looks and sexuality.
I think the Lexzie and Gizzie fans should stop the inner fighting. Both couples have big fanbases, lots of fans and lots of haters, let's not fall back to insulting each other. I joined this site a few months back and stopped posting because of the fighting, this should be a fun site.

Hey Marie, missmckenna, thanks for standing up to all this. I am a Gizzie fan through and through and a Lexzie disliker, but both couples have big fanbases and everyone has a right to have their own tastes.
It bugs me when serious critics like EW say things like Gizzie are not good because Izzie is hot and should be with a hot guy and George is not, seriously how shallow is that?
George and Izzie have true love and all they care about is how George looks, pretty much they would pair Izzie up with any stranger over her true love. I really hope people do not pick soulmates for their looks.
The thing is I find George cute, he has those gorgeous gorgeous eyes and when he smiles, he really does, this warm genuine smile that makes you feel warm up to your toes.
To me a beautiful smile and beautiful eyes is way more attractive than a greats abs and a body, those things go away, a beautiful face never does.
I look at George and I feel happy. I watch george and Izzie on that bench, and their faces are glowing with pure happiness and love and I cannot help rooting so hard for them.
That is the thing about Gizzie, noone is really indifferent, those who hate them really really do, but those who love them love them more than they love any other couple or anything really. he people who love Gizzie do not do it half-way, it is full on 300% love
