Well, this took some thinking to find an answer and I'm going to say Edward.
I like Edward the best because of his sensitive, romantic, kind and soft character, his being gorgeous (of course!), his being a vampire (definite!), and in some ways he is еще mature then Jacob in good ways. Another reason may be because he is Bella's soulmate, and I absolutely adore Bella. Also, I loved him in the movie :)
