Why can't edward read bellas mind and why is her blood so good?????

We really don't know why he can't read her mind, but his theory is "her mind runs on fm when others run on am". She thinks differenly from others and that's just his theory.

And why her blood is so good is because sometimes their is blood еще potent than others. Sometimes they can't control the thirst and they "fall off the wagon". But he can resist because he loves her. Think of it this way.

He loves Bella.
Bella is human. Edward happens to be a vampire.
Bella's blood happens to be stronger than other humans'.
But Edward can resist because he loves her.

I'm a new Фан and was wondering the same thing and if it's possible that her vegetarianism has anything to do with that. It is fact that, overall, vegetarians smell better/cleaner than omnivores. However, from my understanding, she is not vegetarian in the Книги and I noticed she's eating chicken in Breaking Dawn Pt 1, although I thought it was just a pregnancy craving или something (she is, after all, pregnant with vampire baby).
I realize that many Twi-hards may be offended by this but I saw a movie called "Vampires Suck" and it's a spoof of Twilight. It actually made me understand the movie a whole lot more. Even though they're making fun of it, they point out the important features of the series. Some of it is brutally realistic of the scene. We all know teenagers are overly dramatic!

He cant read her mind since she's the girl he's been waiting on. The only power that works on her is mood control. Since Bella and Edward are meant to be, her blood is desired by everyone. It's like better than every other human's blood, I guess.

Bella is a shield,which means she shields her mind from all Вампиры who deal with mental abilities-Edward,Aro,Jane,Alec,Demetri,etc.The only time Edward reads her mind is at the end of Breaking Dawn when she lowers her shield and lets him.As for why her blood is so good is because she is Edwards singer,his la tua cantante,her blood sings to him.I hope that answered your questions.

Ok, I may not be 100% right, and I know this is an older question, so Ты may already have an answer, but here is my take on it.
To me, I can explain it best by compairing her to Alice. Edward can't read Bella's mind because Bella has a shield in her mind to block it from outside influences. This power manifested while she was still human, just like Alice's visions did. However both Alice and Bella'a have limits, which Ты know if you've read the book.
As for the blood, it is my theory that these powers are what made each girls blood so tempting. Alice's blood was particularly tempting to James, which is what led to her becoming a vampire. It is even implied in the companion guide that Alice was Jame's "singer", just as Bella was for Edward. Ofcourse, for Alice and James it was not romantic.
