Which was the color of Carlisle's human eyes?

Somebody knows?
I don´t remember if it was mentioned in the books.
I asked this in the Carlisle Cullen spot, and just a person answered, she сказал(-а) that his eyes were green, but i'm not absolutely sure about it.
I know, i know,maybe is irrelevant but i want to know. :D
