Yeah, I'm pretty sure that the marriage proposal will be there. It's an important part especially since it carries on to Eclipse.
But I'm not quite sure on the 'I love you' thing and how that will be put into the movie.

They have to!!!! That is a major part in New Moon! Its like where Edward see's that he can't be without her! If they dont put that in it will take alot out from the moive!!!! They jsut have to!!! lol it wont ruin the moive if they dont but still.....
