I don't think Alice really dislikes or likes it... it's like asking if we like being human. It's all she's ever known. She doesn't remember being human, so being a vampire is just who she is. I don't think she can define if she enjoys it or not.
Emmett, on the other hand, I think (and I'm not sure if I have enough evidence to prove this) actually LIKES being a vampire. He loves hunting and his strength, he likes fighting bears and he seems generally happy, especially with gorgeous Rosalie at his side for eternity... I'd say his life (excuse me- I mean existence) is looking pretty good.

yeah i agree with 1treehillfan thats totally right she doesnt even remember being human, so she wouldnt know if she likes being a vampire or a human better

He adores it, out of them all he loves it the most!

Not sure, we never really get to know Emmett that much.
