this question confuses me... since there's already a girl werewolf and her name is Leah

I think it means "if you reverse the genders in the story, so you have a human boy and girl werewolf and girl vampire, what would you name the werewolf girl?". And I wouldn't choose Emily because I'd have completely new names, not moving existing characters' names around.
