I thought that was the case when Bella was in the meadow with Laurent and the wolves came out and the one looked at her and the wolf reminder her of Jacob. I thought that MAYBE he was before that but I really dont know when that started, this was when I told myself that I was sure he was a werewolf!

I think I suspected it in Twilight when Jacob came into the prom... I am not sure why, but I think I knew then that he was a werewolf.

I thought it was when they heard about wolf/bear problems and Jacob got sick. Then started to hang out with sam.

when he got sick after the movie and started avoiding bella and hanging out with sam

when bella is in the meadow with Laurent and the wolves came out she instantlly thought of jacob so maybe it was him

I realized he and the others were werewolves right after the meadow scene. Five members of Uley's gang, and five werewolves? It didn't leave much room for doubt...
Plus, she thought of Jacob when the wolf looked at her.

lol i read a review b4 i even bought the book that said that jacob became a werewolf so i knew from the very beginning. xD stupid spoilers. xD

well since like the back of the book or somewhere mentioend werewolves i kinda started looking for who could be the werewolf & i always kinda suspected in Twilight taht there was more to him & his story so when in Eclipse it mentioned JAcob a lot i kinda just assumed it was him

when laurent was with bella in the edwards medow, and the wolf-bear creature looked at bella, i kinda thought about it.. but i might have accidentally read a little ahead or something.

yeah, i thought he was a werewolf, cuz the werewolves, r like, natual enemies of the vampires, and so i thought that when bella touched him and he was really hot, how that edward was cold and stuff like that

At first I thought Billy was a werewolf when Jacob told Bella about the werewolf anti-vampire thing, but when I thought about it more, I thought both Jacob AND Billy were werewolves.
Then when I thought about it even MORE, I thought Billy couldn't be a werewolf since he's in a wheelchair, so that left Jacob being a werewolf. Although in New Moon I never thought Sam and the other pack boys were also werewolves or that Jacob would join other werewolves like he did.

i think i might have heard something about wolves but such the whole dreams bella was having about wolves the, the stories jacob told her, sams gany, jacob joing sams gany, i yeah i guessed before hand, so i knew it was jacob in the meadow

he would have never broken the promise without a good reason

he loved bella to much to go back on his promise (just leave her)

there had to be only one reason (becasue he couldn't be a vamp) so yea

i actually assumed it when she had the dream about the werewolf because it was a little obvious

I started to suspect that Jacob was a werewolf when I was reading Twilight. There was just something there that made me think it. Probably when he told her the legend. And taking into account how werewolves and vampires are mortal enemies, a werewolf had to be thrown into the mix sometime in the series to stir things up. I figured that it would be Jacob since Billy's so close to Charlie; it gave them more probability for interaction in the future and for him to be the werewolf to stir things up for Bella and Edward.

I sorta hoped he was a werewolf in Twilight, just cuz that would be cool, and I figured it out early in New Moon... I can't really rmember when though.

well i kinda had a thought about it when he told her the "legends" in twilight. but that went away due to all the other stuff happening. and then when they started talking about bears, i got more and more suspicous then i jsut kinda knew when she said he was getting bigger and sam and his crew and everything.

yes because of the dreams that Bella has and Edwards reaction, the how families reactions to the Black's and vice versa

It was a bit obvious. All those stories he told her. The attacks. The reason they hate the Cullens. I don't know. It just seemed to piece together.

i put it together before the end of the first book

well the thing is my friend told me what happened before i read any of them so yeah

because he was the complete opposite of Edward, so it was pretty obvious

i knew in Twilight 'cuz of Bella's dream whr Edward looked dangerous and whn Jacob [Yuk!!] turned into a wolf

ok, well in twilight you knew werewolves would most likely appear in at least one of the books, because of the stories.
also, she dreamed that night of jacob black being a werewolf,
and also living in la push, where vampires are prohibited, due to the treaty, shows opposite stances, also with the distance and situation described in her dream.
in the second book, new moon, jacob described sam uley, embry, paul and jared as a 'gang', when they are seen cliff diving.
if you were looking out for things like werewolves appearing at any point or time in the trilogy, this would certainly raise a suspicion.
then, when in the meadow in new moon, bella feels a slight recognition towards the reddish-brown coloured wolf which turns out to be jacob anyway.
then when he begins to hang out with sam uleys 'gang', more suspicion is arisen, and it could be expected if each previous events concerning werewolves/jacob black were thought through thoroughly, it could be guessed.

or if someone got to the book first and told you.
either way.

Well n Twilight... 1st of all the legends about the cold ones nd the protectors... when edward says that twilight is the safest time for vamps... werewolf, new moon? get it? Also her (Bella)'s dream where Jacob turned into a wolf nd Edward had sharp teeth. Nd of course if Vampires are real than whatelse is real? wat about bigfoot, could be a possiblitiy.

I knew when Jacob was getting taller so quickly and the legends. Also the "big bear" sightings. Very Obvious.

i had a hunch in twilight when jacob was telling her the Quileute stories

i knew for sure in the beginning of new moon when jacob said that sam had a gang at the resorvation

well in twilight he told the story of vampires and werewolves. so when he started showing up alot in new moon it had me think 'eward left jake is baack is that a sign'. so i waited for a while till the movies n i thought 'k so edward is still gone. but y is jake acting all strange.' and i thought again 'what did jake say in twilight. he said something about vampires' enemies. now who r they.....oh ya werewolves......edwards left n he is a vampire. jacbs here n wat is he. a human. no. an enemie. a werewolf.' so thats how i started thinking he waz a werewolf.

I suspected it in Twilight while Jacob was telling Bella the legend. And then in New Moon it reinforced my idea when Jacob told Bella about Sam's gang.

Jacob was acting really sterange, like he was hiding something after he got "sick". Then Billy was always avoiding her to, but he usually welcomed her with open arms. After she confronted Jacob the first time, he was angry and his footsteps weren't as clumsy as they were before he was sick, which isn't a very "human" thing i wasn't suprised when Bella put together the pieces.

although, i kinda figured it out in Twilight, when Jake told about the Cold Ones, if they can be real, why can't werewolfs???

In twilight when Jacob took Bella down to the beach at First Beach the first time they saw each other and he told her the story of the cold ones. That's the very first time that i suspected he was a werewolf

when bella was in the meadow and the werewolves came and that one reminded her of jacob it completely gave it away!

I came to the conclusion in Twilight when he told the story because he told bella that his tribe was full of werewolves.

i knew some thing was up at the start but i didnt think that he was a werewolf until a little later on!!!!

OMG!!!!! NO NO NO NO! Okay, maybe I might have had a fleeting thought of the idea that Jacob might have been a werewolf, but nothing as close as to the beginning of the book. I guess it may have around the time of the meadow scene, but it REALLY ACTUALLY, clicked when Bella rethought about the dream she had and Jacob turned into a werewolf!!!!!! And all of a sudden was like DUHHH!!! But it WAS a surprise to me and I'm glad! And Bella is not SLOW!!!!!!

I was in a book shop with a friend (Stephenie Meyer wrote him a letter!!!) and he told me about twilight and new moon (eclipse wasn't out then) and said that there were vampires and werewolves in it.

I knew he was going to become one when Sam and the others were acting weird.

That was so clear. How couldn't you notice that? He got bigger and bigger, and the changes he made and everything - IT WAS SO CLEAR!

I did, but only because my friend, who had already read it, told me. -_-

I knew in the first book when Bella had a dream about Jacob and Edward, before she even knew for sure that Edward was a vampire. Anyway, she dreamed that Jacob turned into a wolf.

I knew when he told the story of his ansestors in Twilight when him and Bella where on the beach.

i thought because in twilight when bella had that dream about being in the woods with edward and then jacob showed up and something like he turned into a wolf at least i think thats what happened and then she had that same dream in new moon.

I dont really know why but I just figured there had to be more than just vampires in the series, (I already knew that part) then when Jacob told Bella the stories I was like 'well werewolves are gonna show up eventually' then Billy hated Edward so much and I thought either Billy or Jacob was gonna be one, or both. Then when Jacob started being weird I was like 'that settles that, hes a werewolf'
and people need to stop saying Edward was a butthead in New Moon, if you READ what he says when he comes back, what he did wasn't that bad.

I just had the theory in my head from book one that if vampires exist, then the werewolves have to as well. It just made more sense when Jake had a fever that he would be the exact opposit of edward.

ok.....so i thought possibly he might have been just becuz in the meadow with Laurent she sees the reddish-brown colored wolf and it reminded her of jacob so i found it a good possibility!

I figured it out when Bella had the dream again in New Moon and when the werewolves saved her from Laurant in Edward's medow, when the reddish brown werewolf looked at her and she thought of Jacob.

I knew he was a wolf when he started talking to her in Twilight. He came and sat by her on the beach and I knew he was a werewolf before he even told her the legend. He was obviously going to be an important character later on. I had only known that there wer going to be a werewolf because I saw an add for Eclipse in a book order. It said she would have to choose between her friendship with a werewolf and her love for a vampire. I knew she would be friends with Jake so I outomatically thought that it would be him.

i figured there was SUMTHING!!! magical up with him but i cudnt figure out if it was werewolf or sumtin else!!! (not vampire!!)

I just sort of knew that Jake was a werewolf from the beginning. As soon as he was introduced, I put the puzzle pieces together - he was part of a Native American tribe, which often are associated with with wild animals, like wolves. Plus, Edward is a vampire, and vampires' only enemies are werewolves and vampire hunters. However, seeing as werewolves seemed closer associated with Native Americans (and therefore Jake), Jake being a werewolf was the most likely situation.

I pretty much knew when he told her the stories in Twilight. (My friend told me that there were werewolves in it, so I knew he had to be one.)

In Twilight, when Jacob told her about the werewolves and vampires I thought that werewolves had to come into it too.

I thought Bella was incredibly stupid with this....it took her FOREVER to figure it out. Some major clues include there being 5 boys and 5 "bears" and then when Bella was in the forrest, and one of the werewolves turned around and Bella was like, "It's eyes instantly reminded me of Jacob's."

Gosh, Bella, how much more obvious can you get? xD

it was really obvious but watever. i was okay with newmoon but i needed vampire love!!!!
