In an exclusive clip from the season 3 finale of Lifetime’s 

, Quinn scrambles to figure out a way to stop Gary (Christopher Cousins) from pushing her out of her position — and her career — and begs for Rachel to create “a distraction of biblical proportions.” But throughout this season, Rachel has been practicing “essential honesty.” Can she live with herself if she throws Serena’s (Caitlin FitzGerald) chance at love under the bus just to save her conniving boss? “This life, this career is all I have,” Quinn pleads.
