Having never published a book yet and not that adept at cooking I'm not that clued up on the subject, but for any book publishing I recommend Ты get a copy of this year's Writer's and Artists Yearbook, Ты should be able to get one at your local bookshop and maybe some newsagents; I'm fairly sure they have stuff for cookery writers, though it might be worth flipping through just to make sure. The Yearbook lists pretty much all the publishers and agents for books, plays etc and also has tips and Совет from leading writers, agents, publishers and such, though these tend to be aimed еще at novelists and illustrators. Also maybe Ты could get a professional photographer или something; cookery and craft Книги seem to depend a lot on high-quality images, maybe Ты could do a bit of research on the subject.
