Powers: Has a siren-like voice (when she sings/charm-speaks she is in control), expert archer, healing touch, effects the sun when outdoors, can “claim” hearts but prefers not to
History: Elithia was raised in Greece. She knows еще than anyone about Greek culture, legends, and myths. She started out like any normal child. When she hit thirteen, things started happening. Her mother moved to New York with a job offer, which wasn't that bad. Then she saw monsters from the old myths come to life. And they tried to kill her. She also discovered she could get anything she wanted. After a год of this, Elithia confronted her mother, who finally told her everything about her father. Elithia was a demi-god, a daughter of Apollo, the god of the sun and music. At first, Elithia refused, believing they were just old legends. But when she was fatally wounded by a monster and her father saved her, she started believing in it. She joined the Young Justice team as well as Camp Half-Blood, a place where demi-gods were safe. During a mission, she somehow got sent to the first generation of the team and is now trying to find a way back. She blames Hera, goddess of marriage, for the time travel.
Notes: Elithia does speak with a small accent. She is fluent in Greek, Roman, and English (modern and ancient for all three). She prefers to be called Талия for a reason she doesn't know. Being a daughter of Apollo, Elithia can be snarky, flirty, and sometimes self-absorbed. She is gifted in music, especially song, and has a strange attraction to honey. Elithia prefers being outside than indoors, and the sun seems to brighten when she appears. She also enjoys long strolls on the пляж, пляжный at sunset (lols I had to! XD) Liakada is Greek for sunny. Despite the fact that she can manipulate people, she prefers not to use that gift. She is shy when she is not dressed for “battle”.

Where i was originally born, i was royalty. Chosen immediately because my hair was white. In my tribe white hair was a rarity. And that child would become the Queen или king at the earliest time possible. I became Queen at the age of eight. I was wiser than i sounded. I was terrifying, yet generous. I helped and protected when ever necessary. But When my indecent occurred, and i was banished i left. And i was replaced by a new queen. A seven год old girl with short white hair. At that time i had long white hair.
It was to grow out for however long i was ruling. Now i had to cut. It was custom. Now i cut and left my hair grow out at what ever pace i choose. But as i look at my hair and see it flow, the pain flows too. The past i had. I loved it so. But it was part of my cursed color of hair that i became who i am. but then without it now...who would i be? Would i be here? Would i have the Друзья i do now?

Summary:
During the Рождество season, ice and snow blow through Dakota. Static soon realizes it comes from a Bang Baby with cryogenic powers named Permafrost. Permafrost, however, is merely a young homeless, orphaned girl who has mental problems from trauma as a young child, who can not control her powers as they occur when people ignore her as she begs on the streets. Static must somehow convince her to calm down and accept his help.
In two days, Young Justice will be ADDED to the Countdown Episode List. That's right. You'll have an episode of Static and YJ to watch.
BUT IT'LL BE AWESOME!!!!
