I dont know which Robin it is. I just know Jason Todd is Red Hood.

'Robin' is an alias used by several characters.
In the Young Justice universe, 4 to be exact.
The 1st Robin - the one in season 1 of YJ - is Richard "Dick" Grayson. He's Nightwing in the секунда season.
The 2nd Robin - Jason Todd, was killed by the Joker sometime after Dick became Nightwing. When Jason was ressurected he became Red капот, худ (not in Young Justice)
