Chapter Two-
It was no big surprise to Aqualad that Revenge and Courage weren't at the rendezvous.
"Where are they?" Robin hissed.
The (remainder) of the Team had been waiting for about five минуты for the other members to arrive. However, they had yet to come.
"I'll contact them." Aqualad said. However, when he tried the comm, he got nothing but static.
"Static" he reported.
Megan touched her hands to her head, but shook her head after a moment.
"We will worry about Revenge and Courage later. For now, we must take down the Injustice League."
"Okay, so there are four of us and six of them. The last time we went up against them, we got our cans creamed. And we had six members then!"
"And backup from the Justice League." Aqualad added.
Everyone shot him a look.
"Apologies." he said.
"Let's just do this." Robin said, leaping out of the trees they had been hiding in.
Joker was Robin's first target. Naturally.
Aqualad headed toward Wotan and Poison Ivy while Superboy and Megan took on the Ultra Humanite and Atomic Skull.
Robin landed a kick to Joker's chest and knocked him into the hard concrete.
"Don't know any manners Boy Blunder?" Joker asked, wiping his bleeding mouth and standing up.
Robin smirked, but it quickly faded as he had to dodge knives thrown almost as expertly as Batarangs.
Aqualad meanwhile had his own trouble. Poison Ivy had Aqualad surrounded by plant walls and Wotan was casting spells at him. Aqualad's sorcery was not near Wotan's level.
And he knew it.
Superboy and Black Adam were in a wrestling match while Megan hit the Ultra-Humanite with physcic blasts.
“This isn’t working!” Superboy yelled.
“There are too many of them!” Megan yelled back, then yelled as the Ultra-Humanite threw her into a tree.
“M’gann!” Superboy yelled, and was knocked Далее to the martian.
Aqualad and Robin, becoming aware of what had happened to the two aliens, fell back and helped them to their feet before fleeing into the woods.
“Hah! Looks like the bird had flown the coop!” Joker said.

Revenge and Courage stepped out of the zeta-tube transporter and into a crowded city.
“Where are we?” Courage asked.
“Manhattan, New York.” Revenge replied, checking the doors on some abandoned warehouses.
“What exactly are we-”
“Ah hah!” Revenge cut her off. He opened the door and walked into the building, gesturing for Courage to follow. She looked both ways and then ducked in.
Revenge flipped on the lights and unveiled a high-tech ware-house with as much, if not more, equipment than their own base.
“What is this?” Courage asked, looking around.
“Belongs to a friend of mine, but I bought all of this. I need something.”
Revenge walked over and turned on the computer.
“Please Authenticate.” the computer said.
Revenge typed something into the computer.
“Password Please.” the computer said.
Revenge typed a six letter word into the computer and the computer opened up several files.
“What was the password?” Courage asked.
Revenge looked at her.
“Sorry, its none of my business.”
“No it is not.” a new voice said. “And neither is what’s on my computer.”
Courage whirled around to see a girl standing on the balcony.
She was about fourteen, fifteen, tall and slim with an excellent figure which she certainly wasn’t ashamed about.
A розовый mask outlined in purple hid her face and matched her sleeveless trench coat. Black elbow length, fingerless gloves covered her arms and knee-high boots matched the color scheme of her uniform.
A purple utility ремень, пояс, пояса draped over her short-cut black pants which were also outlined in purple. Her вверх matched, a black вверх with a sharp ‘V’ that revealed most of her lower torso.
Her spiky brown hair matched her skin which appeared to be half-asian. Her purple lipstick matched the outline of her uniform.
Revenge’s shoulders slumped.
“What are Ты doing?” the girl asked, jumping two stories, landing on her feet, and walking past a shocked Courage as if it were nothing.
“I need something.” Revenge said.
“What’s wrong with your computers?”
“Watchdog is out of town and she wont tell me the Пароль after the nuke incident.” Revenge said.
Courage raised an eyebrow, but no one noticed.
“So what are Ты here for now?” the girl asked.
“I need information on the Injustice League and your computers are еще high-tech than ours.”
“You gave her a better computer?” Courage asked.
“Long story.” Revenge said. “Speaking of which, introductions. Huntress, Courage. Courage, Huntress.”
The two girls glared at each other. Revenge sighed and muttered something along the lines of “Here we go again.”
‘‘Point is I need this.” Revenge said.
“Couldn’t have asked?” Huntress replied, typing something up on the computer.
“I don’t exactly carry a cell phone around with me”
“You have all the high-tech gear Ты could ever need, and Ты don’t carry a cell-phone?”
“I have еще important things to carry in my ремень, пояс, пояса than cell phones and make-up.”
“I carry weapons!”
“Really?”
“Yes!”
“What kind of weapons?”
“Dangerous ones.”
Courage could tell Revenge rolled his eyes under his mask.
“Are Ты calling for back up или are Ты helping?” Revenge asked after a moment.
“How many times do I have to say-”
Revenge held up a hand and cut her off.
“Fine, fine.” he said.
Courage looked back and forth between the two before stepping up and asking “How did Ты do that jump?”
“Metahuman.” Huntress replied. “I have extreme instincts, senses, and acrobatic skill.”
Revenge muttered something about make-up and Huntress glared at him.
“Here.” Huntress сказал(-а) handing Revenge a data card.
“Thanks.” Revenge said.
“Now out of my town!” Huntress demanded.
Before Revenge could counter, Courage held up a hand and whispered “Listen.”
A faint ticking could be heard. Revenge switched on infrared and scanned the room. He froze at the computer console.
“Out!” he yelled, grabbing Courage and Huntress and throwing them out of the building.
Then it detonated.
