I emailed the producer telling them why we should have a season 4, and here's a copy of the email i got

Thank Ты for your email. It is great to hear from a Фан of H2O!

At this stage, we cannot Подтвердить that there will be a series 4 of H2O. However, we understand that the H2O brand is very Популярное and that there are many Фаны who would like to see it return.

Unfortunately I cannot give Ты any еще information than this
