Candice's quote defines exactly Caroline's character. Her dynamic, dimension, and sense of being was explored so thoroughly during this season! It was amazing to see her character develop. I've read some of the TVD books, but honestly, though I enjoyed the return- Damon books, I did not get that into it. Ick, Elena could irritate me in the books, but I Любовь her in the show!
